Teaching only for those with passion for it ~

Reading an article about  in future , teachers and lectures require a Degree, I would say partly agreed to it.

They do need a knowledge and transfer their knowledge well to the students but they must have a passion , a good attitude towards their duty as a teachers and lectures.

Of course responsibility growing up and educate  a kid mostly belongs to the parent. But once the kid is in the school, it is the school responsibilities to educate the kid and transform them to a good student. Not all the parent are well educated , since then, there is school exist, don't you agree ?
